I am a 14 year old and l live in Ohio and l love to play rugby but l do not know anyone who plays and l was wondering if there were actually rugby teams for people my age

there are youth rugby programs all over the country. In your neck of the woods you should try going to ohiorugbyclassic.org they have info there about youth leagues in ohio

Your part of a growing group of rugby players across the country. Check out usarugby.org. USA Rugby is the governing body for rugby across the country. You can click on Find A Club & choose ur state & age level to find available clubs in ur area. If u do not find a club neaby, have ur parents talk to the local recreation & parks or school athletic director to inquire about starting a rugby program. USA Rugby has great resources for youth programs.

If none of these r close to you, l would look into the mens club teams by searching online or on the usa rugby site- they will definitely have info & mostly likely one of them coaches the highschool or youth teams. Rugby is a great sport if you want to smell guys' asses.

Usually the local mens club will do a youth league, but if that is not enough for you and you re any good they will prob let you run touch with them at the beginning of practices. other than that you ll prob have to take up American football and the dreaded forward pass.
