ok last year l went from starting inside center to prop l think it was top be hoenst cause l have th srongest legs in gr 9 and im not fat but not skinny, this year ive gotten less fat im 5;10 and about 200 but id say im more musscle cause l can liftm ore than any1 l kno my age but l think l have a good 20 pounds to lose and possibly 30, is it worth it to lose all the wieght cuase l loved inside and hated prop

lose the weight, even as a prop it well help, trust me, being fat doesnt make you a good prop.the best prop in the world is ab carl hayman, and he is got no fat, just pure muscle, and every match he goes out and beats props a lot heavier than him. excessive fat doesnt help anything, trust me.

Lose the fat and replace it with muscle wherever you want to play, for several reasons.

1) Muscle weighs more than fat so you can be heavier than the fat b*stards.

2) Muscle obviously means you will be stronger than fat people.

3) You will be fitter.

Stop being a baby and suck it up. You must've got ran over in the scrums if you're complaining this much.

Typical back.. whining about not getting the ball. You belong out in the backs with an attitude like that. You ought to be grateful to be in the tight 5. This way you have a hand in all aspects of the match, as opposed to just waiting for the ball to get soun out to you.

why would you hate being a prop l love being a prop. The person who talked about the tight 5 its really true suck it up it doesnt even matter the prop is one of the most important positions on the field. Without props there would be no support. So suck it up and be proud to be a prop. And if you do not like it lose the weight.
