why have they changed in from national league one and two, to co operative league and co operative league 1? will this affect super league at a later date?

mate the hierachy will remain the same. In essence the top tier outside of super league (europe) is named The Championship, similar to how it is in soccer. Although under the same RFL umbrella SL & the lower leagues r kind of seperate.
The renaming & losing the older terms like division & having lower numbers(instead of div 1,2,3 etc) helps increase brand awareness & popularity with fans.(championship 1 winners looks much better than National League 3 from outside of the game were they r trying to draw more fans)
Basically it is a marketing ploy to increase the profile of rugby.
